Dr. Michelle Schwarz is the founder of Althea Academy. She holds a Doctorate in Education in Curriculum and Teaching: Instructional Design and Technology and a PhD in Holistic Life Coaching.
She also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of the People, where she teaches business administration and education courses.
Her work is grounded in the belief that education should empower the whole person while preparing learners for meaningful impact in their lives, careers, and communities.
